In order to support Texas A&M undergraduate and graduate students with their research and career goals, the AVPA offers Grants to support students’ arts-related scholarly and creative projects, including travel, exhibitions, performances, and publications. Grant proposals are expected to support the priorities of AVPA by enhancing the arts at Texas A&M University.
The AVPA now offers two competitive student grants:
- The AVPA Student Travel Grant Application (Cover Sheet)
- The AVPA Student Arts Enhancement Grant Application (Cover Sheet)
AVPA Reporting Forms
Upon completing the awarded project, the awardee is responsible for submitting a project report to avpa@tamu.edu.
Granting Schedule
The AVPA accepts applications on a continuous basis. The grant period is at the maximum of one year. Funding will not reimburse expenses that already occurred.
Notification of awards and grants will occur four weeks after the submission date.
